1lb of clams for 2 people
Generous amount of fresh garlic finely chopped
Olive oil
HotBabe-HotSauce (your preferred heat level)
Fresh parsley finely chopped
Gently heat the olive oil in a pan wide enough for the clams to all sit on one level. Saute the chopped garlic until soft (not brown), add a generous amount of HotBabe-HotSauce and cook over a low heat for a couple of minutes while stirring. Add the clams, place a well fitting lid on top and cook over a medium heat until all the clams have opened. Sprinkle the fresh parsley and serve on a bed of rice or mop up the delicious juices with thick chunks of an artisan bread. Yummy!
